‘Don’t Think Just Do’ was the mantra of the day, inspired by Varun Agarwal’s talk. Another quote by Anup Tapadia,â€If your idea can be copied very easily, then it might not be a very good idea!â€, caught on quickly with the students.
Apart from the E-Talks, we had the grand finale of our flagship events: Inception, a business plan and model competition which was won by Team Jolly Rogers from SCMHRD. The team comprised of Sujit Jilludimudi and Sonam Agarwal. The next event ‘The Next Young Turk’, the quest to find the next startup maniac was won by Hemant Bhatt of NMIMS, Mumbai.
The event also marked the start of the ambitious project, 100 Projects Startups which aims to target 100 startups from our campus entrepreneurs in the years to come. Sambhav’14 received both pre and post event coverage in DNA newspaper and also on websites like knowafest.com.
SCMHRD has always believed in nurturing the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst its students by providing them with the right resources, the right attitude and the right skills for the challenges that entrepreneurs face, in order to create a successful business and events like Sambhav bear testimony to the very same initiatives.
