The insightful session for "Reinventing the Employee Experience in the Post-COVID World" encouraged all attendees to consider, evaluate, and reinvent things they had not previously considered, as well as learn fascinating facts.
The session based on "Holistic Approach to creating a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Workforce" revolved around redefining the three W's: Work, Workforce, and Workplace in an organization. As the focus of organizations is shifting from output to outcome, they called attention to the need to adopt the hybrid model, which improves its Employee Value Proposition. The panelists also emphasized the need to be employee-centric to overcome the challenges of great resignation in the dynamic business environment.
