Guest Lecture by Mr. Kunal Bajaj, Head of Sales, South Asia at Bloomberg LP

Mr. Kunal Bajaj visited the campus for a guest lecture session on 22 Dec. 15 for the Marketing Batch 2015-17. He is the Head of Sales, South Asia at Bloomberg LP. He has over 15 years of experience in frontline sales and marketing and has worked with CNN International, CNBC, TV18 as senior executive prior to his current job. He holds a MBA from California States University Fresno. He also holds a Digital media sales certification, the only professional certification for digital media by Interactive Bureau Advertising.

The entire lecture was broken into two parts.The first half Mr. Bajaj shed few insights on the basics of sale. He neatly revealed the sutras for an effective sale. Building upon the basics like ‘How to approach a customer on a call’ to the ‘ABC (Always be Closing)’, he shared many real life examples and instances which made the understanding easier.
