Six sigma, the process oriented strategic tool is known for enabling galloping growth
in the sustained development of organizations.
A Master Black Belt (MBB) plays an instrumental role in successful deployment of
six sigma initiatives in an organization, and does the difficult task of integrating
and institutionalizing the six sigma disciplines within the organization.
As is evident, the role is quite challenging as it involves variety of sub-roles
like leading complex and strategic six sigma projects, training and mentoring Champions,
Black Belts, Green Belts, assisting top management/Champions in project selection.
Essentially a multi-skilled role, and require capabilities ranging from sharp-intellect
to a skilful strategist to an effective communicator to a patient coach, guide and
mentor.
Organizations adopting six sigma initiatives will require such expertise not only
to support the same, but also to institutionalize it. SCMHRD and INFERSTAT have
realized the need for developing such skills among those who have the potential
to become Master Black Belts.
SCMHRD
Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), ever since
its inception in 1993 has strived to bring Indian ethos, management concepts, and
technological advances together in an effort to redefine the management paradigm
in the new age. The Institute founded with its Vision “To become a centre
of excellence for global leadership and learning, setting the standards by which
others are measured” and mission “To create leaders and entrepreneurs
of tomorrow, their dedication to excellence, absolute”, has created a mark
in the global education arena.
INFERSTAT
INFERSTAT, established by a professional with 30 years of experience in process
excellence, believes that by bringing synergy between knowledge and practice, organizations
can achieve miraculous tangible and intangible results. Following this philosophy
along with skillful facilitation and innovative ways of training, it has helped
organizations achieve handsome tangible and intangible results in their businesses
and operations, following the excellent path of Six Sigma.
INFERSTAT continues to have professional association with the following organizations
in strategic deployment of Six Sigma:
- Reliance Group of Companies, Hazira and Mumbai
- Johnson & Johnson Medical India, Mumbai
- Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai
- Manipal Hospital, Bangalore and many more…
