Dr. G Prageetha Raju
Dr. G Prageetha Raju is an MBA with specialization in HRM and a Ph.D. in "Women Empowerment through Microenterprise Development" from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is a UGC-NET/JFR scholar.
At SCMHRD, she is an Associate Professor and HOD for HR and OB domain. Prior to joining SCMHRD, she was heading the department of HR, OB and Softskills at IBS, Hyderabad.
She possesses 13 years of experience teaching HR, OB, and HR Electives for the MBA program. She is actively involved in freelance Behavioral training, as well as HR Research Consulting. She actively publishes in journals of national and international repute. Her areas of teaching and research strength lie in "Competency Mapping and Assessment", "Performance Management" , "Human Capital Metrics" and "Human Resource Plannning" besides Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Her forte lies is Case writing and Case based teaching.
Prof. Renu Misra
She has done her Masters in Psychology, & PG Diploma in HRM, and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad under GGS Inderprastha University, Delhi. She has successfully completed Pre Doctoral Courses in Co-relational Methods in Psychology, Applied Social Psychology and Advanced Social Psychology. She is professionally trained in counseling, projective & objective Psychological Testing. She is a life member of Association of Clinical Psychologist, Delhi.
She has over 12 years of work experience in major management schools in India. She worked with IIM Ahmedabad & IIM Lucknow as Academic Associate & Research Associate. Before joining SCMHRD as Associate Professor, for about 8 years, she was with IMT Ghaziabad and handled Campus Placements. She has been conducting workshops for management graduates on Resume Development, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
She has contributed research papers and articles in conferences and also websites. Her research interests include, Emotions in Organization, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Engagement, & Stress Management.
Prof. Priya D. Gupta
Has done her Masters in Human Resource Management and She has completed Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society of Training and Development, New Delhi. She has about 10 years of experience. Prior to consulting and academic engagements, she has also worked with corporate HR in industries for 5 years. Her core areas of expertise are Training and Development, and Performance Management. She has conducted workshops in areas of self-development, motivation, leadership, communication, team building, etc. for different organizations. She has also consulted in the areas training and training evaluations for various organizations.
Prof. Vinita Sinha
She is Ph.D. in Psychology and Master in Psychology from Purvanchal University, U. P. She has done PGDHRM from IMT, Ghaziabad. She also holds PG Diploma in Health Psychology & Behavior Modification from Amity Institute of Behavioral Health & Allied Sciences, New Delhi. She had 1st rank in the college in M.A. previous and final both. She has about four years of experience in teaching and research. She has worked with Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai; BIMTECH, Greater Noida & EMPI Business School, New Delhi. She has attended several conferences and seminars. She has published research papers, articles and written several book reviews in the journals repute. Her areas of interest in teaching and research include Psychology, O.B, Industrial Psychology, POM & HRM.
