Prof. Priya D. Gupta

She has done her B.COM, MBA in HR and Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society of Training and Development. She has more than seven years of experience in areas of Human Resource Management. Prior to consulting and academic engagements she has also worked as corporate HR in software industries. She possesses in depth knowledge and experience of Personnel Management, Training and Development and Performance Management. She has been one of the core faculty members in the HR – Centre of Excellence for the last two and a half years.

Prof. Swati Karve

Has done her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Pune University and Masters in Clinical Psychology from Bangalore University. She has completed a certificate in Human Performance Improvement through the American Society for Training and Development from the University of Michigan. She has about 15 years of experience in teaching, training, organizational research and consulting. She has conducted workshops in areas of stress management, mental health, self-development, motivation, leadership, communication, team building, etc. for various organizations. She has also consulted in the areas of OD, training and training evaluations for various organizations.

Prof. Renu Misra

She has done her Masters in Psychology, & PG Diploma in HRM, and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad under GGS Inderprastha University, Delhi. She has successfully completed Pre Doctoral Courses in Co-relational Methods in Psychology, Applied Social Psychology and Advanced Social Psychology. She is professionally trained in counseling, projective & objective Psychological Testing. She is a life member of Association of Clinical Psychologist, Delhi.

She has over 12 years of work experience in major management schools in India. She worked with IIM Ahmedabad & IIM Lucknow as Academic Associate & Research Associate. Before joining SCMHRD as Associate Professor, for about 8 years, she was with IMT Ghaziabad and handled Campus Placements. She has been conducting workshops for management graduates on Resume Development, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

She has contributed research papers and articles in conferences and also websites. Her research interests include, Emotions in Organization, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Engagement, & Stress Management.

Prof. Bhakti Chaphalkar

She has done her postgraduate specialization in Counselling Psychology and her graduation in Human Development from S.N.D.T University. She has two years of experience in core counselling and has been a member of Academy of Personality Development for the last two years.
