"Creating change rather than coping with it" has been SCMHRD's mantra, and once again taking the lead, SCMHRD has entered into collaboration with the much respected International Business School, the Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology (SIMT), Germany in July this year.

SIMT is a premier institution founded on the initiative of a number of renowned global players headquartered in the Stuttgart area; the likes of Bosch, DaimlerChrysler, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens and Trumpf.

In our incessant endeavour to enhance knowledge and serve the society with superior genius, we are collaborating with SIMT to give the students an international platform to leverage SIMT's expertise on global marketing tools and experience. We intend to narrow our focus to "International Management" and "Infrastructure Planning", which would revolutionize and reset standards and expectations. The aim is to develop future business managers with a direct focus on global industry; the type of managers we need.

As we say at SCMHRD, "We don't aim at developing talent, but at creating genius. After all, doing easily what others find difficult is talent, but doing what is difficult for talent is genius".
